Quality of Rendering

Global-Smart.Tech does not guarantee a specific rendering result. The quality of the final project may depend on various factors, including the client’s source data, rendering settings, and other technical characteristics.

Refund Request Window

Clients may request a refund within 5 business days from the date of receipt of the completed project. Refunds are only available if the final rendering result significantly differs from the technical specifications provided when placing the order.

To request a refund, the Client must:

  2. Include the initials of the Client and project details, along with a detailed description of the reason for the refund.

Global-Smart.Tech will review and consider refund requests within 10 business days from the date of receipt of the request.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as used for the original transaction. Global-Smart.Tech is not liable for lost profits or any other indirect damages arising from the use of the services.
